Driver-based models, budgets, forecasts and scenario analysis, P&L through to cash and runway. Built so a non-finance founder can actually steer with them.
Series A model, cap table, data room, deck and board reporting. The full story an investor needs, wired to the same numbers underneath.
Power BI plus custom live dashboards where a spreadsheet is not enough. Metrics that update themselves and a team can trust.
Design the process, then automate it. Scalable systems a growing team can run without me in the loop.
Partnerships, outreach pipelines and commercial strategy, wired into the numbers so growth and the model move together.
Investor portals, CRMs, monitoring tools and internal apps, in production. Next.js, Supabase and Python when the off-the-shelf tool does not fit.
